I have a single wide 2 bedroom 2 bath mobile home in Hunt Co. Texas. I am considering renting. The 30 acres would be available to train dogs on (there are a few horses on the place). It has two small ponds on the place a creek and a few acres of woods.
Also has miles of old abandoned railroad land next to it. $750 a month you put all utilities in your name. Thanks
