The GAB in WI is the body that upholds election laws at all levels.
They have refused to do anything about this blatant repeat violation.
Some of these same municipalities have done the same thing in recent elections, no penalty involved.
If it was thought that these voters would be voting in line with the Democrat controlled municipalities that committed this crime, you would be screaming.

Jeez Stan...I woulda thought that with Walker in control all the ducks would be lined up.

Pesky democrat county clerks screwed things up again.

Lets see.. Dem convention over 9/6/12. County Clerks get official notice of convention results a few days later. They are only part timers mostly, so a couple more days. Draw up ballots...proof read 'em...a few more days.... send 'em out to get printed...KINKO'S screws 'em up... proof read 'em again. Plus they won't take a municipal CC cause it's maxed out. List of absentee voters needs to be sorted by military vs lazy old folks.... a few more days...then when ballots are printed they need to be labeled, address checked and USPS postage labeled....a few more days.
Then they are dropped at the good ole USPS where they sit for a few more days....Whoops... its now past the 22nd of Sep.
45 days gone to hell.

Question, was this a conspiracy?

Were any of the county clerks R's?

Or....Was this just business as usual?

I agree, the military should have the right to vote by absentee ballot....as long as they show a state issued photo ID...Right...?
We don't want to mail an absentee ballot to mohamed the cook at APO xxx Afghanistan. Do we?

In WI the Governor does not preside over the precincts voting procedures.
The GAB does.
The officers of the GAB are appointed by the Governor.
Currently, the sitting members were appointed by former Governor Jim Doyle, a Democrat.
The munici[palities that did not send the forms out on time are all controlled by Democrats.

In WI we the people voted for a "Voter ID Law."
1 judge in Madison WI has stopped the law, perhaps you know this, perhaps not.
Either way the reference is foolish.
Having said that, in case you didn't know, all military personnel have picture ID's, so not an issue there, is it?

So......as usual, your smarmy, sullen, skewed perspective is a tad off the mark in regard to the facts.

But we have come to expect nothing more or less from you.

I wasn't talking about "someone". I was talking about Obama. The man can barely bring himself to face the flag during the national anthem. He has no respect for the military or the servicemen. To pretend otherwise is just deceiving yourself.
