Caution: The sheet header says "Flight A" all the way through. The real flight indicator is the left most column of the spreadsheet.
The call-backs aren't there as of Monday at 2:30 except for Flight C.
Which blinds in which tests are "hot"?
Hard to believe after 3 days they have only had one flight complete a series
Mike-
I saw the first series of A and B. Neither had hot blinds.
The issue with Flight A was that the left hand bird landed on the shore below the horizon of the spit of land where the third mark landed so that it looked to the dogs as though it had landed on the spit. The dogs I saw have problems were stuck on the spit of land. If they got the marks, the blinds didn't seem to be a problem.
The outcome of the Flight B dogs was just the opposite. The dogs had been roughly on the line to the blind at least twice and couldn't seem to get it into their head that yet another attempt along that line but deeper was required. A lot of dogs got the marks with varying degrees of difficulty but then couldn't handle the one blind. I didn't see any dog break the honor. By the time they were called to honor, they were plum tuckered out.
I watched about 25 dogs at each site.
Pass Rates for first series. Just shy of a third (32.1%) of the dogs where dropped in the first series. Looks like it will start going a lot quicker. By Flight:
A 58/175 33.1% Dropped
B 62/175 35.4% Dropped
C 49/178 27.5% Dropped
D 57/175 32.4% Dropped
Workers party must have been a banger last night. Their blogs indicate that a few of the flights finished the second series yesterday but they have not updated the callbacks, nor have they even set up a blog for today.
Flight B just finished second series late this afternoon. Will probably finish 3rd late tomorrow or early Friday. Crazy
