I can't think of anyone who trains regularly in Chelan. Might have them catch up with Ryan Fortier in Ellensburg. He hunts alot around Chelan/Brewster. Might be an opportunity to meet him. Mike and Tiffany Taylor of Skyhigh Retrievers is probably equal distance in Ephrata but, I think they head to warmer places in the winter.
Paul is correct (for once, gotta get my digs in when I can ) :) I saw Mike and Tiffany in Niland last winter. Hey Paul, isn't Clay Evans up that way? Dan Hosford?

There are currently four HRC clubs in WA not sure if any are close, they all appear to be centered around Seattle, Whistling Wings (Falls City) and NE Washington (Chewelah) might be the closest
