I live 2 hours away from there so I got to attend a couple different days and I really was impressed at the area. Met alot of very nice people too :)
Available for training, too. I believe the cost is $5 per dog, per day.

I just hope that the folks from Alabama will see this before they vote next Tuesday. The Forever Wild Land Trust uses interest on monies in the Alabama Oil & Gas Trust fund to acquire lands for the FW program. The income is capped at $15 million per year which doesn't buy lots of land. There's a proposed amendment to the State constitution to extend the FW program for 20 more years. There are some serious opponents to this. If you know someone from Alabama, encourage them to vote yes on the FW amendment which is amendment 1 on the ballot.
Wow, thanks for sharing. I wish NC would support a program of this nature. SC and TN have also done a great job of setting aside nice property to be preserved in a natural state and allowing field trials and hunt tests to utilize the property. Its hard to beat $5 a day and $35 per bird thrower for access to such a prime piece of real estate.

If you're a FT'er or HT'er and have never run at the Cattle Ranch, you owe it to yourself to do so. The grounds are phenomenal, and they're working to make them even better.
