Don't you remember? Kerry (who served in Viet Nam), blew up a barrel of rice and while running the other way... got grains of rice in his posterior. He filed his own report for a Purple Heart after it was turned down by his commanding officer. Somehow, this weasel was able to work the form throught the system and get a purple heart for this anyway...

If you believe these "stories" of John Kerry make him into some sort of a war hero...receiving purple hearts for getting a shrapnel scratch, etc....you have indeed slithered over to the left.
