Me, Glen and Kyle trained yesterday with Mr. Jerry at the Day/Didier Farm.
We ran 2 land set ups and 2 blinds. On our 2nd land, we shot a long flyer first
then a short check down that was retired after we pitched one off to the side.
It was supposed to be cloudy and cold but the Sun came out and 57 degrees.
Also, ponds are all full except the big one at Didier's.
We are back at it today as the rain has passed during the night.
Hey west coasters, are ya'll cranked up at Niland, hows the weather?
We are just out there. It is supposed to be in the low to mid 60's and mostly sunny all four days.
We got blasted in CT with Snow and Ice this week. Dogs are skating around just airing! Another 4-6 inches of snow on the way today! We are done for a while. Pup heads back to trainer in a week then south.....so I guess we have some chill out time!
We had a great time at Patti's. Close to 60 dogs ran the seven singles. All except one had water incorporated. It was a great opportunity to apply corrections with a trial type atmosphere.
Afterwards we had a great potluck dinner at Mag 7 around a big campfire. Sorry to say that nary a soul stayed around until midnight..or 7 pm :-P
Yes, a very good time. Howard I sent you a PM with a Glacier report. She is a very nice pup and looks like she'll go places.
Yes just went and ran some blinds in the snow. Blowing like crazy out there. It was 28F this am. Snow up over my boots. Chris you prolly have more!!!:)
