And Ford had not had the opportunity to see the situation that we're in now.

Latest big revelation in NY is that the ATM machines that accept EBT cards (the cash that comes as part of welfare aside from the food stamps), are being used in locations like strip joints, adult book stores, bars, tobacco shops. Why do they even have them in locations like that? Reason: the retailer gets to decide whether their ATM will accept EBT cards. Duh? At least someone has noticed, and thinks it smells bad.
