My old Dogtra 1800's (NMH batteries) hold a charge about a month, until they start to get old. (I replaced them at about 7 yrs, now 10+)

What made NAHRA work in our area was hunters willing to do the work to train, run, and put on events for their dogs. If you're interested and you're in the area, there will be a clinic in clear...
