Sams Creek Mighty Warrior (Call name David) is a 4xGMPR with the American Pointing Labrador Association and a Master Hunter with the AKC....
Don't let one bad apple ruin the whole bunch. Unfortunately, giving or offering can backfire, but my theory is if I can help 10 people and 1 doesn't appreciate it, its still way worth it.
I went to a matinee yesterday and there was probably 65 people there and a normal matinee has 15 probably. VERY POWERFUL movie. If you don't have respect for military men and women after...
I really enjoyed the book and it gave me an all new respect for all military men and women. Ive been waiting years for the movie. I can't wait to see it. Im hoping to go see it tomorrow.
Sorry for your loss. I know exactly how it feels. RIP Scarlet.
Ive been involved with the APLA for about 12 years and I couldn't agree more with Jere's comments on the point for some dogs. Its PATHETIC on how some dogs pass and then get bred and pups...
I'm waiting to hear back from "Move the Dog". Anyone used any other ground transport services?
Awesome! Congrats. Any plans to run more APLA?
Not a one. :)
BIG Congrats to Joe and Boomer!!! Birdie is very proud as am I!
Yes they have had a couple of litters.
This was for a natural breeding. I know the situation.
Ain't that the truth!

Correct. When I hear brood bitch I think of a dog that only sits in a kennel and never gets out or hunted etc and gets bred over and over and over. Puppy mills are the first thing that come to...
I personally wouldn't. I'm 100% against brood bitches. They deserve to lead a better life than that IMHO.
His guarantee is also for 26 months.
Dog is not lame. He became aware of the elbow 'issue' with OFA results. I believe he said it was a Grade 1, but Im not positive on that.
A friend of mine has a situation with a 5 yr old dog he bred. The owner got ahold of him and wanted to breed to one of his stud dogs. Owner brought the dog back for some training and OFA for...
Same thing happened to two of my dogs on the same day (diff skunks) guiding. My collars still smelled a year later.
That is a good overall description of what Ive learned/been told etc.
Can you elaborate on this? Are you saying that if you dont do early bird exposure the less likely a lab will point?
