I have a friend that is a long time breeder of show dogs, she taught me to use hemostats. Pinches them off with very little tissue damage. Use pressure after & a little steptic powder, works great.

Someone quote the applicable rule for us to discuss. I believe there may be latitude within the rule (if it is the same as the applicabel FT rule)...

I did email Connie Thomas, as suggested, she said she spoke with her manager & it is correct that a HT club has to be an approved FT club to qualify to hold an OH Q with it's HT.
So, end of story....

Thanks, Richard. It only makes sense to me that the club would have to be approved to have both HT & FT.

Does anyone know the requirements for a HT club to offer an O-H Q in conjunction with their HT? Does the HT club also have to be approved to hold FTs?
