Yes, TRT 2nd edition. It fits for me. I have read most of the current books out and some of the old. All of them have gold nuggets. Whatever program you choose stick with it and follow through.

I love Dobbs book but seeing training on video is so helpful. I finished Hillman and moved on to Lardy. You won't regret it. Spend the money.
