On May 2nd, an accident left my 8 week old pup with a broken rear femur - same leg and everything. Yesterday the pin was removed (one month later). He was in a splint, but everything has healed...

I'm not sure on length, but I'm coming back for a weekly visit for exactly that reason. Vet said 2 weeks and we could have to re-do the splint.

Thanks to the responses. Got a call from the vet this evening - finished the surgery and everything looked great. We're picking him up tomorrow. He's had a really eventful 2-3 weeks, so hopefully...
