You can breed a dog with OFA "excellent" hips to a bitch with OFA "excellent" hips and research shows that 30% of those offspring will come back with dysplastic hips.

Stall mats are usually BLACK...I do not know where you live, but

thick black mats + hot summer sun = baked dog
