I try to make my "no bird" decisions on where the mark fell, rather than if I think the dog marked it.

It would take about 5 minutes for someone to tell that judge you put them down as a handler. It would take the judge 5 minutes to call the HT Secretary. Guess what judge you would be running under?

In my experience, the handler racks the bird or puts it into the bucket.

Why not limit like you say, but people running more than one dog have to list them 1,2,3 etc. Everyone enters their dogs that way.
