It's really not a good idea to use age and timeline comparisons. Each dog will move at his own pace. It sounds like yours is doing very well.
And if something isn't working, do something else

They are not supposed to be under judgement on the return but some judges may see it differently. That said if the dog does run the bank on the return you are more likely to get in trouble if you try...
The order of the marks cannot, but a diversion bird is not a mark so the judge can instruct you to pick it up after the mark in which it was thrown has been completed.( I believe)

This is the best explanation of going to cold blinds out of TT instead of patterns I have seen. I'm still not 100% convinced but I understand the reasoning better.

My advise to all new trainers is to resist the urge to analyze every thing your pup does or doesn't do. Give her a couple days off from "sit" or any other OB.
The fact that it's a 1 man drill makes it usefull for a lot of folks who don't always have a group or a good helper.
