What browser are you using? When I have had trouble with photobucket it has usually been browser related (I'm on a mac with safari). I have had at times to use Firefox to use photobucket.
I see t hat Windows did a system update on 8/28/13 which is probably the problem. So maybe I do a system restore to the previous update and see if that fixes the problem
Wayne, I was having issues a while back and I'm not sure it had anything to do with it but updated Adobe and everything worked after that. Also installed Adobe on my phone and can now watch videos on photobucket on my phone. Just a thought from a computer illiterate person
Photobucket is working again. Don't know if I did something or they did. E How answers said to reset some stuff which I did. Maybe that was it.
