Default Tri- Tronics problem/ blining light on transmitter

My reciever started blinking red and I couldnt turn it off. Put both on charger and reciver seems fine but transmitter keeps flashing red about every 5 seconds.
I called and lady said to charge for 2 hours then take off charger for a minute then recharge for 2 more hours and take off for a minute, then repeat.
It dont make since to me.
Can I borrow some ones for a hunt test Since I cant use a choke chain or flat collar

sounds like a battery problem. Had this happen to me and I replaced the battery and all is fine now. What model do you have. May have a extra battery for a G2

I just put notes over my service engine soon light and cover up my bright light inicater also.
Got duct tape holding one of my riffles together, So the tape may work

I had this problem and called TT and they told me to take the battery out of the transmitter, disconnect it then reconnect and recharge. It worked and worked the time or two this happened since then. You might give that a try.
