The "What's New" button is taking me to the Activity Stream, not the topics that are new since the last time I logged in.

With the Syrian attack from a few days ago, Steve Dannaway (DNT Media) hooked us up with an overhaul including a new version of VBulletin. There will be some "bugs" to be worked out.

This highlights why many folks using stuff like this go by the "if it ain't broke" theory.

Once someone hacks your site and takes you to a crazy screen, that probably qualifies as "broke"! Hence the upgrade.

"Activity Stream is the future, you need to embrace it" .... fortunately, VB realized that not everyone feels this way and made a way to change it. The "What's New" option should take you to a list of new posts now.
