    Default Prayer needed

Please say a prayer for my Callie-Roo, She has some type of fungal growth that is around the tubes that enter the lungs that is restricting air flow. My vet and I are friends and over the past 8 months we've been noticing that her breathing has been funky, it really showed during hot days.
She always panted heavy when working heavy, but in the past few weeks its been really pronounced. He took her in did some blood work, and an X-ray showed this mass. He stepped up and contacted a couple more vets for conformation of his diagnosis.
More test were ordered and won't get results till next week.
I'm just praying is just fungal and not the other.
The foundation to a great retriever is obedience.

Callie-roo's symptoms sound familiar. Has she been to any tests or trials or training in the Southwest? Valley Fever (Coccidioidomycosis) is unfortunately not uncommon in the Southwest especially in Central California and Southern Arizona. It is a fungal infection that is unfamiliar to a lot of veterinarians and doctors. The University of Arizona has a whole web site devoted to this: https://www.vfce.arizona.edu/ValleyFeverInPets/.

Please make your vet aware of this as there are tests and treatments available.

Best wishes for a good outcome.
