    Those shouldn't have been violations , but rather a bill sent to your address to which the vehicle is registered.

    No permit required to drive on C 470 toll road, but a pass is available, that negates a bill being sent to your address when your vehicle license plate is photographed front and rear.
    Only "toll" road in Colorado is C470 which loops the city, and Hov lanes during peek times.

    Wellington and surrounding area have none of this.
    It is far easier to spit on the work of others than it is to produce something better yourself.

    Whatever you do avoid downtown Colorado Springs in the morning. Can't believe what in the world soo many homeless people are doing living in Colorado??? My butt would be somewhere a lot warmer.....
