    Default Pennhip in Minnesota

Has anyone had experience with Pennhip in Minnesota? We are thinking of getting our young dog done before sending it south for training.

You can do a search on the PennHip website for a vet in your state who is PennHip certified - remember all the vet's who xray and submit to PennHip are certified by PennHip in their method, measurement based not subjective as in OFA. Call the practices listed on the site in your area, and ask how many submissions they do a year. You can also make PennHip part of your dog's OFA record by signing and submitting a copy of your report to OFA and paying their fee.

Good for you, PennHip is the only way to go.

I found all the vets in the area via the website. Now I am looking for personal experience with some of these vets. I will call and find out how many submissions they do if I can't get some personal feedback from someone on here.

Thanks for your help. Thanks also for the input on sending to OFA, I hadn't thought of that even though I do it for EIC and CNM.
