    Default Lack of Drive?

My 5 month old female has been watching marks and sometimes fun bumpers without moving. She sometimes acts like she could care less and will not retrieve! This isn't something that happens all the time but enough lately that I'm concerned. Any ideas or thoughts.

Is she teething? Some dogs mature a little slower. Don't give up yet. How often do you toss marks. Try just 2-3 times
per week and only a few tosses. Also try a small paint roller or a nerf type dummy in case her mouth is sore.

Don't let her sit but get her excited by chasing after you then toss
it. Don't try to steady her. The most important thing is to
Just get her to chase after it.

I'll bring Hammer and let you run test dog with him this weekend. Remind me of the lack of drive afterwards!

Bill Hillmanns Puppy DVD..... Spend the money and make the pup crazy to retrieve.

X2. Was your puppy retrieving before or is this something you just noticed? I have a pup that is the same age as yours. She has not been retrieving like she has been, but I know she is teething.

This just started...might be the teeth. Her K9's came in a couple of weeks ago.
