I highly recommend to get the Dogtra 1900ncp, half mile range, has momentary, constant and the pager/vibration.
Lifetime warranty on the internal parts. *$229 retail. *Its smaller transmitter size makes it perfect for hunting.

I have the Tritronics Pro 200 and I'm very satisfied with it. I would recommend any of the TT units with the tube style transmitter. My second recommendation would be how much training and/or usage is the unit going to get? If only used once and a while I would look at the Flyway Special or the Pro 100/200. If you are going to do a lot of training and/or running HT/FT I would spend the extra money and go with the Pro 500. It is a bit more $ but is very versatile in what you can do with it. If when mine ever dies that is what my next one will be.

I used the SD400($150) for almost 2 years.
Long Battery Life and has worked as advertised.

People on here have given bad reviews for size of remote and other small issues but I have been using the Garmin Delta and have ZERO complaints with it. Connects to my lanyard for hunting and yard work and the battery life is great. May give it a try if you are looking for one that you dont have to have a holster for.

Any TT Tube style transmitter will be a fine choice. The best value is a flyway special. You will end up with a Pro 500 eventually.

Dogtra 3500. You will NEVER need another one...and its about half that of the TT 500. Buy it once, buy a Dogtra.

Get something with a 1 mile range and has a transmitter that will operate more than one e collar.

Get a Dogtra 1900NCP love it so far. Great collar and no troubles at all. Never needed to call for service but I have heard they are next to none for assistance and standing behind the product.
