    Default Goodbye, Scarlett

She wasn't a lab, but some people here will remember stories about her.

A well traveled little JRT, she was with us on more than 300 airplane flights when we used to "commute by air". She was a terror and a joy...loved to retrieve, loved to eat, and lived up to her terrier reputation by exterminating rats, voles, mice, snakes....whatever. She could tree a raccoon with the best of the hounds, and braved an otter or two. She was famous as a crab killing machine-she liked her seafood very fresh, and never once got pinched by a claw.

They don't live long enough, but she lived her days to the fullest, and we miss her.

    Marlana,

I'm so sorry. They are such special little dogs, to be owned by one is to be blessed. My condolences. Godspeed little Scarlett.

    RIP Scarlet.

Bury her in your heart Marlana.

They're dyn-omite little dogs. I'm getting one of them after 100 more Labs, a Scottish Deer Hound, an Iditerod Team, and a Border Collie.

    Sorry for your loss.
What if all we have today is what we gave thanks for yesterday?
