    Lookin' good!

I just sent a message to myself and it went through. It was touch and go there for awhile but finally I got a email message that told me that I had a PM on RTF from myself!

I did get an error message yesterday when I submitted a post, telling me that I had had just posted something and had to wait before I could post again, but I may have clicked the "submit" button twice and deserved the error message. I'm not totally sure. It was just the one time.

I see Vicky still has the authority to mess with my Avatar....

My kids told me this weekend that they watched an episode of "Cops" TV program. In it, they had a dispatcher get a call reporting a drunk driver. When they asked the person who it was and where, the person calling said it was himself. You weren't watching that episode were you?

I like your taste in Xmas gifts. I'm still washing lots of dishes and have been doing that since Roseberry and Milner gave me the idea.

I didn't have any messages the other day--today I had a bunch of old ones, unread, several repeats.

I did respond to one--that should give you an idea on replies, maybe.

    Merry Christmas!

Chris I have recieved and sent multiple PM's since the changeover. They seem to have gone through seamlessly
I would poinnt out that I think your new server still has an old glitch, in that everything that is posted by Mooser still appears to come out a s gibberish from a real dooooooffuuss!!

Funny you should mention the new glitch. I'll look into that.

I actually received an email from our new host this AM. He was very happy that the changeover to the new digs coincided with a PM functionality repair.

It seems for now, the PM is working great!

    Thanks, Chris

I have had contact with every individual that I know of who was having PM issues before we made the move to the new host and new server.

Thus far, everyone seems to be back up and functioning properly.

I'm very relieved to be moved to a new spot.

Although it reminds me of the Beethoven bust that my grandparents always had on their back patio from the time I was a toddler. I was always afraid of Beethoven. One day, they relocated to a new state and a moving company moved them.

Beethoven disappeared in the move. By that time, I'd come to like Beethoven, but he was lost.

I hope we don't wind up missing our Beethoven bust. So far, I have not found anything missing.
