    Default rest in peace

The Monday before Christmas I had to put down my 14 year old lab Dixie's Pollyanna MacCracker MH, because of Congestive Heart Failure. A great dog that taught me a lot about how to train dogs. The same day, I also had to put down a six year old English Pointer, Callie, with aggressive lung cancer. A truly amazing dog that knew very few commands but the ones she knew she performed flawlessly. I guided with her for the entire six years and she had over 600 wild birds shot over her and she pointed many thousands of birds. Rest in peace girls you will always be in my heart.

So sorry, Steve. I have lost 2 of my "kids" close together and I know the pain of that loss. I hope that time will allow you to remember all of the wonderful memories you shared with both of your girls and not so much of the tragedy of their loss.

Steve,I feel for ya(Please don't take that the wrong way). I can only say that you were bless with those great dogs. If anything, they have made you a better human...IMO. I am sincerely sorry for the losses, but they did give you all they had and can't ask for any more. Just keep the memories alive within you.

I cannot imagine losing two dogs at the same time. You have my sincerest condolences.

So very sorry. I know the feeling as I had to put down my 14 year old dog yesterday. He was my very first dog. Sincere condolences.

I am so saddened to hear of your loss.
