My YLM has a black spot on the back of his thigh. Two of his siblings have black spots, too. Both parents were yellow.

Matt Johnson and his dog Maxx. Maxx was a full lab. Maxx recently passed on to the Great Duck Marsh in the sky. Condolences to Matt and Dawn. (Click on the thumbnail).

Thanks Chuck, Max was a great dog although we don't believe he was a full lab. We got him from a shelter when he was 6 months old and he was all black then, he began to get more and more white on him after about 7 months. The color migrated throughout his 12 years. No one that ever met Max will forget him. We miss him..

Thanks for setting the record straight, Matt. How is Texas? It is nippy in Georgia, but not cold enough yet to freeze a banana so it can be smashed like glass with a hammer.

That's a great pix. My complements to the photographer!

I know a person who is a chimera--she had some (non-chimera-related) minor medical tests done, and they started finding tiny extra internal organs in not-quite-right places.

At some point she subsumed her twin!

    I am being totally serious.
