    Default Best dog blind

Curious as to what everyone feels is the best dog blind all around as far a price, durability, concealment, and size goes. Looking at getting one to incorporate into my training process and trying to figure out as to what I should go with. Ive looked at Avery, Rig Em Right, and MoMarsh and all seem to have their ups and downs.

This "thread topic" has been "up" many times and I have never seen anyone post that their choice is "lousy". A very few have said they've tried them all and "this" or "that" is the best. Sometimes the posts almost appear to be spam (no proof though). I made one from scatch out of PVC, bimini "stuff" and Cordura. It worked fine and I used it often in training. However, the amount of time to make one didn't seem all that worthwhile. Of course, I work for cheap.

I am bias (like most) and really like the Avery Ultra Low.

I bought an Avery Ultra Low because they had a trial version of it at the 2007 Trainin' in the Timber Seminar. Daisy liked it and I have seen no reason to change. I'm almost positive the ones that are being recommended are liked by those that bought them. However, I've seen no reason to try something different.

    use it in training (often)

Momarsh has worked well for what I need. I love being able to use it as ground blind or stand in water. Without having to change out any parts.

I have had good success with the GHG Ground force , but lost it in a fire last year. I went to replace it and couldnt' find it anywhere, but Cabelas has their own brand that looks to be a spin off. Kwiklabs, I will be checking into the Avery ultra low as I reallly favor the Natural gear camo and it appears to be the same basic design. Do you know if it is still on the market ?

I like the Momarsh for using in the water. The adjustable legs are the ticket for setting it up in water up to about 3 foot deep.

I like the Rig Em Right for using on the ground.

If I was only going to purchase one it would be the Momarsh due to the ability to use either place.
