    Cop killer.
I was trying to say that I was not convinced of his innocence. There was a lot of evidence not at the trial though, including a confession from someone else at the crime scene that night.

Apostle Paul, a man who wrote the 7 church epistles which are directly written to us, the church of Christ,,,,His first writings are on homosexuality. Out of everything he could have written about,, he writes about the dangers of not only practicing these behaviors but also those who will accept and condone these behaviors,
The church epistles are the new doctrine for the 1st century church. What kind of Christian was he not to accept the perversions of the world and embrace them.
It goes way deeper than this I assure you.

I think its because he was a spiritual guy and had spiritual insight.

    What do you think.?

Since we are on the subject,,I might as well ask.

    John 5 :30
I can of my own self do nothing ,as I hear , I judge,,and my judgement is just, because I seek not my own will,,but the will of the father which hath sent me
John 7:16 -- Jesus answered them and said my doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me.
mark 16:9 -- So then after the lord had spoken unto them,he was received up in heaven, and sat on the right hand of God
I Tim. 2:5 --For there is one God and one mediator between God and man ,, the man Christ Jesus

    Who is this someone?

Even the appointment of someone like Eric the H. To the DOJ is a dis justice being his prior law represented a number of the G Bay detainees which the country was holding.

The mans name was Arnold R. Beverly.

Guilty or innocent everyone deserves representation in our court system. That is written into the constitution, for many good reasons. I will not fault any attorney for representing a vile client, because I am sure it is not easy for them to do that, yet the system does not work and is not fair without it.

The Witch: I'm not a witch I'm not a witch!
Sir Bedevere: But you are dressed as one
The Witch: *They* dressed me up like this!
    Crowd: We didn't! We didn't...
The Witch: And this isn't my nose. It's a false one.
Sir Bedevere: [lifts up her false nose] Well?
Peasant 1: Well, we did do the nose.
    Sir Bedevere: The nose?
Peasant 1: And the hat, but she is a witch!
Crowd: Yeah! Burn her! Burn her!
Sir Bedevere: Did you dress her up like this?
    Peasant 1: No!
    Peasant 3, Peasant 2: No!
    Peasant 3: No!
    Peasant 1: No!
    Peasant 3, Peasant 2: No!
    Peasant 1: Yes!
    Peasant 2: Yes!
    Peasant 1: Yeah a bit.
    Peasant 3: A bit!
    Peasant 1, Peasant 2: A bit!
    Peasant 2: a bit
Peasant 1: But she has got a wart!
Random Person in the crowd: *cough* *cough
ing whether she is a witch.
Peasant 1: Are there? Oh well, tell us.
Sir Bedevere: Tell me. What do you do with witches?
    Peasant 1: Burn them.
Sir Bedevere: And what do you burn, apart from witches?
    Peasant 1: More witches.
    Peasant 2: Wood.
Sir Bedevere: Good. Now, why do witches burn?
Peasant 3: ...because they're made of... wood?
Sir Bedevere: Good. So how do you tell whether she is made of wood?
Peasant 1: Build a bridge out of her.
Sir Bedevere: But can you not also build bridges out of stone?
    Peasant 1: Oh yeah.
Sir Bedevere: Does wood sink in water?
Peasant 1: No, no, it floats!... It floats! Throw her into the pond!
Sir Bedevere: No, no. What else floats in water?
    Peasant 1: Bread.
    Peasant 2: Apples.
    Peasant 3: Very small rocks.
    Peasant 1: Cider.
    Peasant 2: Gravy.
    Peasant 3: Cherries.
    Peasant 1: Mud.
    Peasant 2: Churches.
    Peasant 3: Lead! Lead!
    King Arthur: A Duck.
    Sir Bedevere: ...Exactly. So, logically...
Peasant 1: If she weighed the same as a duck... she's made of wood.
    Sir Bedevere: And therefore...
    Peasant 2: ...A witch!

Where's Sir Bedevere when we need him? He'd get to the bottom of this, and quickly!-Paul

This guy has one line of thinking. If you don't belong to a certain class, race or gender, you are considered second-class citizen.

In this cop killing case his line of thought would take this direction. If cops in this area were showing racial bias in the past it was his fault that he got shot. Reason being, the suspect was didn't know what was going to happen, because of this racial/social injustice, and it was self defense.

BTW neither he or his brother ever took the stand and he also confessed to the murder.

I am much further into this than I care to be. It was my understanding that he was removed from the courtroom for a large part of the trial. I am assuming for outbursts. That the DA never provided the video of the confession and the defense claimed that it doesn't exist. Also in the original police report the officer stated that the suspect declined to make a statement.
