www.allivet.com has them for $1.05 per pill
here's an awesome website: www.goodrx.com , where you can find the lowest price in your area . According to that website, as of today I can get doxycycline monohydrate at Kmart, Walmart, or Target in my area for about 50 cents a pill.

Take the GoodRX coupon with you. They really work. I use them all the time.

Okay, now it is getting even better. Using the GoodRX coupon, the price is down to about $1.31 / 100 mg capsule.

    Thanks Barb.

The dog has been taking Duralactin for a couple days while I figure out the Doxy. No limping last night when I threw a few bumpers in the yard. Too soon to tell if it has helped for sure though. Planning on training this weekend, and we'll see how she is doing.

isn't Doxy HCL the version that's effective against Lyme and not the other version, mono or what ever?

According to the Tick-L group, who keeps up on all the research, they are equally as effective. I checked some notes last night. As Barb said, they are interchangeable.

I would take the Doxy Mono over Minocycline, Amoxicillian, Duralactin or anything else when it comes to TBD.
