I actually wore a face mask entire time while hunting.

I'm not a "headnet" kind of guy either. Maybe next season it's time to grow out a mini-stretch.

Although I may wind up looking like one of these guys:

    Hahaha nice shirt Chris!
My favorite pic of that bunch is the one of Bus scanning the sky, very handsome boy and definitely the best looking one of that whole group

Hey Cory were your ears burning??? I told Chris the story of the gas station BBQ Burrito duck hunt when he was here......

The river in the photo is the Arkansas river and has several dams on it so we are at the mercy of the Corp of Engineers but what is shown is the normal stream flow most of the time.

One tidbit Chris forgot to tell is he left my house drove 3 hours west to hunt with Tim West only to discover he had left his shotgun at my house!!!!!!Luckily my wife was gone when I made the snap decision that Chris REALLY needed his gun and I should drive out west to deliver the gun and while I was there stay and hunt with the Duck Club of Oklahoma guys.....

I know! The subject line is character limited. I did have the state spelled out, but then I had to cut off some of the important people names...so I had to truncate something.

You're right, it was much, much better than just OK.

Rich, what a great time. Thanks for driving clear across the state to bring the gun... If they didn't have record cold that night, I think that canyon hunt would have been a good one in the AM...but solid ice tends to change things!

Unfortunately Chris came when it was the coldest day of the year here too...about 12 degrees, which froze up most of our water options. We did manage to whack some ducks on the fields, but in difficult conditions. I also must say that his dog was extremely well mannered and did a great job!
