    Default Vogt training video

Any input on this video. Does it have some good stuff in it or is it obvious things that most of us already do?

I have had the DVD since 2010 and found the info in the DVD and booklet which comes with the DVD excellent and most helpful as I train alone. The DVD talks about throwing marks by yourself, and how to train alone and make your training worthwhile. Lets put it this way it helps you get organized and you have to think about setups in your training etc.
There are some training fundamentals, field setups to study and they are explained why they are used. There is a section on drill work which I still use to this day! I highly recommend as the information was invaluable to me.
Dennis V. has his own magazine and website. Go and have a look. The magazine is a must and covers many concepts and training principles which can be used for HRC, HT and FT. You can't go wrong!!! Good luck. IMO

If you are talking about Dennis' video, I would say it is about 1/2 pretty obvious stuff (like showing wingers and other equipment) if you have done any training alone and 1/2 really good stuff. The really good stuff is really good and well worth the investment in the video.

Totally agree with Doublehaul. Dennis is working on a new video now which by his description will be even better.

...in that case it will be perfect for those who train alone!
