Default TRT volume 1 vs 2

I have volume 1 but was wondering if there are enough differences to buy 2?

Are you talking dvd TRT or complilation of RJ articles Vol 1 or 2? If TRT dvd then yes 2 edition is much improved and well worth it in my opinion.

Some where on here I have posted an index of the material included in 2d edition.

Here is the previous thread on this subject. My reply lists all the major topics covered in the 2d edition. Hope this helps.

I own both. While they are very similar, volume two shows where Lardy's program has evolved since the release of volume one. I have a hard time parting with my hard earned money but I don't regret buying both volumes.
