    Default Garmin Delta Sport

Has any one had experience with the new Garmin Delta Sport collar? They seem nice but interested if any one has purchased them. What they like/don't like about the collars. Particularly the bark limiter feature and digital screen!

Thanks for any information you may have.

I have the one below that (w/o the bark limiter)

It works well and I like the controls. Digital screen is fine, I dont know why people would have a problem with that.

Luckily I have a soft dog, but I know of several people that the collar does not get hot enough for.

I can see the garmin being good for people that want to run multiple dogs on one unit.

Do a search there's quite a few posts on them. It's a decent unit but I sent mine back for a tritronics pro. I didn't care for the small transmitter on the garmin. Bark feature is nice feature to have if ever needed

Are the prongs long enough for a labs? From what I have read it looks like they are not interchangeable. Looking at the Delta Sport as a backup and hunting collar.

I have just the delta and love it. I only run one dog on but the small transmitter is nice because I leave it on the lanyard for training and hunting. Its not to heavy and dont know its around your neck. Highly recommend it.
