    Default EE question

If you sign your dog up early, say for a derby and not enough dogs enter the test ( I believe the number is 10). Will EE refund your entry fee?

The refund policy - other than that for medical reasons as per the AKC rules - is up to the club holding the trial. Best read the premium. If the club cancels a trial they are obligated to return the entry fees. But a club is not, as far as I know, compelled to cancel a derby just because there are fewer dogs than required for the placements to count toward the Derby list. That's not an AKC issue.
