    Rowdy doing some water blinds:
    Angle across a channel avoiding a point. This went pretty well.

    Across a point. This didn't go so well. I could tell from his demeanor at the line that he saw the duck. I could see it so I guess he could too. I wanted to stop him on the point and cast off it but he autocast on me. So we have to work on this. At least I got him on the point both ways.

    Watch your right hand around the 1:17 minute mark. Right as you stop him on the point your right hand moves out and down to the right. I would bet that combined with him seeing/smelling the bird is why he left before your actual cast

    Pro trainer I worked with years ago drilled it into my head remain perfectly still until I was giving the literal cast.
