You have followed Joe Biden's advise. You are a true American.

Update..The prosecution just rested its case(25 April ,2014) in the trial of Byron Smith of Little Falls, MN. The defense starts Monday (28 April ,2014). Claims that Smith was traumatized by previous break-ins led him to his conduct have been offered. In case you did not know Little Falls is the birthplace/home of Charles Lindbergh w/a historical museum/house/mock-up of the interior of the plane you can even sit in. Anybody running trials up there might find it interesting.

Update 4/28/14 national news reported that the defense rested its case w/o Byron Smith taking the stand. It supposedly goes to the jury now.

Really surprised they didn't try to get a different venue for this trial
