Default Nutrisca Salman and Chickpea Dog Food

Has anyone used this food? My wife is really wanting to use this for our new puppy per the recommendation of our local feed supply house. When I saw the price I about fell over. Is it worth the price?

???? That sounds like a human health food nut recipe! Why don't you get him some soy milk and bean sprouts to go with it. I won't eat garbanzo beans unless they are in soup! Poor puppy, he'd probably rather have ken-l-ration!

You can mix canned salmon or cheaper mackerel and garbanzo beans or any beans into your favorite dog food and be happy! I keep a dog pot going and incorporate many boiled extras mixed into our dog food choice. They get a little variety too.

He actually really likes the food. I just checked and it is a five star rated food on Dog Food Advisor. I want to switch to Victor High Pro but there is not a dealer nearby, there is always Amazon.

That is a good idea. Thanks.
