    Default Pissed off spouse!

Am I the only one with a spouse (wife or husband) that's says I spend to much time training and bonding with my spectacular beautiful baby girl lab!

Just politely explain you like spending time with your lab because she does what she is told.
Ole and Sven are quietly sitting in a boat fishing, chewing and drinking beer when suddenly Sven says, 'I think I'm gonna divorce my wife - she ain't spoke to me in over 2 months.' Ole sips his beer and says, 'Better think it over...women like that are hard to find.'

Yep, she needs her own dog! Of course you know... divorce might be cheaper in the long run!

You are far from the only one. I get a hard time for travelling two hours each way to train on the weekends. She asks why I don't spend time with her and the kids instead. I must confess to telling her that if I could train the kids like I do the dogs, I probably would. Alas, she seems to think an e-collar on a toddler is a bit much.

Mine doesn't give me any grief. She is in nursing school, so every waking hour for her is spent studying. I told her that I would like to get Reggie his MH and it would be an expensive journey. She said spend what it takes to get it. I guess I'm lucky.

better than getting your wife a dog...if one of the kids is old enough, get him/her a pup and then mom can be a HT mom instead of a soccer mom!!

No, you are not alone. My wife has mellowed now my son is training. She has even held the clipboard at a few events.
