There were protests going on in other parts of that region that were about that video. I personally think that it would not be hard for a good candidate to turn this around on a political opponent as them trying to score political points on the deaths of four Americans. The longer this is out before the election the less useful it will be in 2016. That may be why that e-mail was declassified. They sure didn't have to do that until like 20 years after Obama left office (Executive privilege).

I think that Hillary is a no brainer to run in 2016 and I think she will breeze through primaries. Bill has been out buying her a lot of political capital these last four years. That is going to translate to a lot of support in the election.
    This is off topic.
The topic is not what caused the event, but why did people that knew what caused it LIE about it??
Then cover it up until now?

The cover up came from the Whitehouse staff...........that is the issue!

If Obama did not know what the inteligience reports stated, we have an even bigger problem.

    So which is it?
    Did he know and lie?
Did he not know, but everyone else on the staff did and they lied?
    Why was the lie concocted?

    Either way..............................................

He knew, he lied, he got re-elected. That was the purpose of the lying.

What he said. So, now when the repubs take the senate back not only can he be impeached, he can also be convicted.

What's wrong with this post is? Answer: It is not about the Benghazi and the folks that lost their life, it is about the political fallout and how the republicans will use it to their benefit.

So quit pretending you are mad about some failure of government.

The folks that are going to make the difference in the election can see this for what it is, so I would try to have an orginal thought about making peoples lifes better, and don't say cut taxes. We can't continue to borrow and spend...that is the republican way and see where it has taken us.

Mike, it's a damn good thing you handle those nice dogs better than you analyze politics.

Funny how that works! That Coal dog is nice young dog! I judged him last year in an AM and he was my best dog too.

No, it's about concocting a LIE, coordinating it and foisting it upon the American people for political gain.

    And YOU know that!
To pretend you don't speaks volumes.
