Pitiful Mary Lynn. Just pitiful. They will blow the money within 5 years. They are worse than the owners of Seattle Slew. Terribly disappointed in them.

A Triple Crown Winner will likely never happen again. Several very talented horses have won the 1st 2 & fell short on the 3rd leg.

    Zackly right- that was unforgivable.

Caught the interview but volume wasn't high enough to hear whole tantrum. Guys wife actually tried to get him to back off and he told her something. Ole what's his name can be added to the low class actors, asking winner what he thought about the issue.

He's going to look even worse now....it turns out that California Chrome grabbed his right front coming out of the gate and ran the entire race on the injury.

I am not terribly disappointed in the race. I think the triple crown should be for a few very special horses. I think Crome benefited from a down year for 3 year olds. The TC is the toughest feat in sports. You must be perfect on three race days, and there is no "we'll get em next year" for you are only a three year old once.

Hope nothing happens to him and he is okay. Feel for the horse!

I think the co-owner stepped in a big steaming pile when he opened his mouth.

I didn't follow the whole thing until the hype during the pre-game show. I was watching just to see if the triple crown winner happened, but was really rooting for the gang by post time. What a sore loser rant at the end. Worse than a FT person

To achieve the greatness and immortality that being a Triple Crown Winner affords, you have to be great. All previous TC winners took on all comers. Can't change the rules just to make a loser happy. California Chrome is a very good horse. But not a great horse, at least by the TC measurement. I'll never forget seeing Secretariat run.
