Kendall, that looks very familiar. Nice job.

These Kwick Wingers are now fourteen years old.....and still working.

Alright! Now does anyone have a source of good inexpensive rubber tubing and that's all I need.

Would probably work fine. The reason I said nylon/plastic, is that the ones I bought have brass wheels(I think) and the rubber sticks to them.
Thought it might be a reaction between the rubber and metal.

I don't know about brass.....the pulleys in the posted link are just like the ones I used. Rubber depends on which size pulley you decide to use (match).

    !/2" Spear Gun Rubber (link)

Buy extra for replacement bands and store in a plastic bag (what you don't initially use). Keep that in a freezer.

The size isn't an issue. While being stored, the rubber will bond to the pulley.
    That speargun tubing looks awesome.

Sulfur reacts with brass. Rubber contains sulfur. Don't use brass pulleys.

The pullys quick labs uses works good but are loud in some cases.(I don't know I this is the case on PVC wingers) it does help with getting the dogs attention.
