    Default Shrinking Economy

The economy is not doing as well as expected. Healthcare spending was over estimated - can you believe it?

Hebrews 11:3 By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.

What if all we have today is what we gave thanks for yesterday?

I wonder why? Effective tax rates are at historic lows on both individuals and corporations and the wealthy have never had more income or a larger percentage of the nation's wealth, not to mention that union membership is at an all time low too. Isn't this the recipe for prosperity? Hmmmmm. I guess the only thing left to blame is those darn over burdensome regulations

Government wage confiscation and BIG Government is at an all time high!
There is monetary confiscation involved in every transaction and growing.
Though the wage confiscation hardly matches the speed and voracity with which it is pissed away...........

What is that the recipe for??

Get rid of Odumba$$ care and I bet employers start hiring again. Economy would start rolling again, hell even the tax revenue would even increase. Isn't that something the socialist (democrats) party salavates over? You know, tax and spend, tax and spend....tax and spend.

Where I work, defense contractor, we were just told the Pentagon is cutting our orders by 30%... that will mean layoffs. Young men who just started working will be forced to the street... times will be bad for them.

We've had a long run of good employment and opportunity based on the Middle East Wars... the Yin and the Yang... War is bad... but it creates jobs... One good thing is the commercial side of the business is healthy..for now.

The Contractor tears down buildings so no future work can be had... slowly killing off the Union represented shops and any new work will be done cheap in the south or overseas. All about the profits... not jobs.

Current quarter ends this coming Monday. Will be interesting to see if GDP contracts again. If so we will have met the definition of a recession. I wonder if the administration revised the latest numbers to be so bad that when this quarter ends it can't be any worse. Could be cover to prevent hanging our entering another recession around the neck of the chosen one. Personally I dont believe we ever got out of the last one.
