    I think its way too early to see what the effect of the SCOTUS ruling will be...IMO its a body blow to a bill that was once proclaimed to be bullet proof. It may open the floodgates for other litigation since the court has ruled, only time will tell if its the crack in the proverbial dam...its a start

    Laws can be repealed.. as a mis-adventure... just liked prohibition ..

    And there are other suits working their way through the courts. I believe one of them has to do with the way the Senate gutted the bill the House had passed and totally changed it. Essentially, no one in the House ever voted for the content of the ACA.

    To allow such a procedure to continue reduces our representative govt down to just 51 people in the Senate. I can't imagine that the Founders ever planned for it to work that way ... especially with a revenue bill.
