Well, as I said, I'm not particularly interested in flying the flag in your yard, but in the south, it seems pretty reasonable to me. Again, don't the Japanese fly the Japanese flag in Japan?

It's always amazing to me how the north and south still argue over the civil war. I grew up in Vicksburg MS and now live 20 miles from Shiloh TN, the history of the war is a vital part of our countries growth and development as a power. My big question for all sides is what is going on in today's government that would prompt you to take a stance against our leadership?

    I know this!
    Without even google.
They were the group of Rebels who did not bring enough bullets to a battle.
So to hold off the group of Yankees who were going to wipe them out.
They held them off with rocks and stones they dug from the ground and tossed.
While fricken hard core to the max, those goofy coonasses shoulda just brung more ammo.
And they were my relations from Quebec, I bet. If you all had givem them more bullets you may have won.
    They fought hard!

Them "Boys From Vermont" who owned no slaves at all. Not a single slave, at all.
'zactly what were they a fighting for on Little Round Top those two days?
When they held the ground and laid the mini-balls down and showed who had the muster.

We will keep flying the Texas flag at the same height as Oid Glory. The only state that can do so.

Funny thing that you bring this up.

Had we not lost Gen. Thomas Jackson the month before, the Yanks would have never been on Little Round Top, or Cemetery Ridge, Devils Den nor would they have won the three day battle!

His replacement, Gen Ewell was too timid to take the high ground on the first day of battle. Gen Jackson would have recognized the high ground and the importance of securing it.

Thus, sometimes it is not how hard an army fights but how effective are the Generals

And, we all know that a Rebel soldier was worth ten Yankee soldiers.
