That was the reason for "category". Should he be a D or a R.

The Conservative bench is long, talented, with depth. Too many to name here for the fear of missing someone, even when some of our heavyweights no longer post.

The Liberaltarian bench is shallow with their leader being someone who thinks it OK to do what he condemns other party's for.

The Liberals, with the loss of Yardley & Joe S are like a bunch of pound dogs with lots of yap , no depth, no bench.

    It's other Parties

As Pres Reagan once said, "At the heart of Conservatism is Libertarianism".

And, what have I ever advocated that contradicts my statements?

Again, if you bring up Mary Landrieu, I'd vote for her 7 days a week over the Repub challenger as the lesser of two evils. The Repubs have yet to put up a qualified candidate to run against her. She does a lot for the state by being the Senate's Chair for the Commission on Energy. Besides, this election there is a Libertarian in the race that will be getting my vote!

It's time we abandon our party affiliations and rather than being good Dems or good Repubs we all become good Americans. MJH345
