It's about 8 foot deep there. I wanted to park the boat behind it. The muskrats and beavers have torn that point apart so it's falling in the river.

OK, just wondering because we do things a little different as does everyone so just trying to learn how other folks do it.

Ya think we could shoot a duck out of that house down here Brad? They're not as educated in Maryland as they are on the GC. That's going to to take atleast three boat loads of salt grass to hide it.

Early on Raymond you could but they get wise to the "hiltons" pretty fast. It'd take at least a 6 pack to cut enough cane for that one! Here's a couple of some new pits we put in last week. Still need to transplant more grass but it's interesting to see the two takes on blinds from our part of the world to his.

Last pit I put in was 4 one man with straps that I built a frame around and seated with telephone pole anchors. Used 4 10' 2x4's in the front/back with a panel to hold the 800-1,000 individual salt grass wraps. Everyone does it a little different, mechanized equipment makes marsh work so much easier. Buddy is trying to talk his employer into purchasing a MarshMaster ($250,000 with attachements) to work on their 9,000 acres of marsh. Did you pump out right after seating those?
