    Actually I believe with any frozen breeding, the stud must have DNA on file.

    You have to have your sire DNA profiled if he is used more than a few times. So it isn't hard to DNA test the bitch and verify parentage if there is any doubt.

    Is there a noticable difference in the litters of AI vs natural breeding? Is one going to throw better pups if you have the same pedigree?

    No, it doesn't make any difference in the quality of the puppies. It doesn't get stale or anything
    The timing to impregnate is just more critical with frozen semen vs. fresh or chilled.
