Whats the penalty for mowing TT in a public park?

Anybody ever been fined or arrested for mowing a TT pattern in your neighborhood park? I'm considering it. Just want to know what I'm up against.

Those little surveyor flags work great to lay out a TT pattern in a public area. Most of the time people will ignore them and leave them alone.

It would work much better to just dribble bleach on the grass. The TT will last much longer and the bleach will vaporize into the air in a couple of days.

We had a "Dog Trainer" that decided to do his FF and collar conditioning at a local park. The next day he appeared on the evening news for animal cruelty and shortly after that had to leave town Be very careful and whatever you do don't use birds dead or alive.
